Our policy lasts for 7 days. We do not accept returns. We will replace broken or lost items during shipping. We will replace item with a manufacturing defect at our discretion. Pictures of the broken item or manufacturing issue must be emailed within 7 days of receiving the item. We do not offer refunds or replacements for misspelled items or items incorrectly ordered.
